COFA Welcome Back View this email in your browser Dear COFA ____________________________________________________________ Welcome back COFA Veterans and New Members We had over 70 new members sign up today--great job helping us spread the word--especially to the class of 2022. Welcome back to COFA and Sunny Hills. I hope you've had a wonderful summer and are ready to get our year started strong. Our first COFA Council meeting will be 1 week from tomorrow, Tuesday, August 21st at 6pm in room 137. We said goodbye to some incredible COFA leaders that graduated last year and I'm excited to see who steps up to lead COFA in it's 9th year. Use this link to apply for a position. I need a volunteer to attend the ICC meeting coming up to represent COFA. Stop by and see me if you are able to attend. Help us spread the word, especially to our incoming freshmen artists about COFA and how to join (go to cofasunnyhills.net and use the "join" button).   ____________________________________________________________ Traditions This year's production will take place on August 22nd and 23rd in the PAC starting at 7pm each night. Support COFA-Theatre and get started early on doing your events for the Laureate award   ____________________________________________________________   Calligraphy Sessions begin on Monday, 9/10 at 3:15p in room 137! This year's focus will be a return to basic Roman lettering with the chisel pen, and chisel paint brushes and poster lettering taught by David Mark from the Southern California Society of Calligraphers.
